• Customers should inform us when an order has been made. We should be informed of any goods of high value ordered i.e. single items worth £100 and above.
• Minimum weight is 5kg and anything less will be charged as 5kg.
• We do not offer a ‘returns service’ to return goods to the supplier.
• The cut off time to pack and process goods is Wednesday 4pm every week. Anything delivered after the cut off time will be sent the following week.
• Customers should address parcels correctly. We will not go to neighbours’ houses to ask for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to a customer’s mistake.
• We don’t have the capacity to confirm each and every delivery. Special requests will be considered.
• Due to storage constraints, goods will be stored for up to 2 weeks before being sent. Requests for more time can be considered.

Electronic gadgets and other high value goods charges are 15% of their value and minimum charges for electronic gadgets are as shown below;

We run a weekly cargo service to Harare every Friday. Goods can be posted to our address: Your name, c/o Winfit Cargo, 44 Gilmore Close, Slough, SL37BD. Alternatively customers can book a courier collection via www.sendmybag.com or www.parcelforce.com. There are other couriers that customers can use at their convenience. Our freight charges are £9.85/kg (actual weight versus volumetric weight) and this inclusive of customs clearance. Our minimum weight is 5kg and minimum charge is now £49.25. There is also a £5 handling and packaging charge per shipment. We deliver goods to all towns and cities via FedEx Couriers. Take note that courier fees are applicable when goods are sent to other towns and cities. We now charge a £10 delivery fee for goods that need to be delivered in Harare.

The goods normally take 7 working days to arrive in Harare but with the global coronavirus pandemic there might be some delays.
