Do you deliver cargo everyday?

We deliver cargo once every week ( Every Friday ) and the goods take 4-6 days to arrive in Harare.

2.  How should I pack my packages?

Preferably, pack your items in boxes to avoid damage while in transit. Suitcases and bags are permitted, but make sure your items are secure and will not move around while in transit. Please note that all parcels are subject to customs inspection.

Note: Please do not pack any Aerosols, perfume sprays, insect sprays, flammable liquids, gas tanks as they are not acceptable as Air-Freight

3.  How much does cargo delivery cost per Kg

It costs £9.00 per Kg for the Cargo delivery / and an additional delivery fee if the cargo is not collected from our Harare office.

4. Do you deliver out of Harare

We deliver all over Zimbabwe, at an additional cost depending on distance from Harare.

5. Can we collect packages from your home or business

We collect packages from your home or business anywhere in the UK at an additional cost depending on the weight of your parcel and your location.

7. How long does it take for your parcel to arrive

It takes 4-6 days for your items to arrive at our Harare office

8. What is Volumetric Weight?

The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight.
